Inspired by the Eight Branches of Yoga (Iyama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi), we will learn Ashtanga (not Ashtanga Flow), Yogic Philosophy and Energies.

Tantra Yoga

Tantra Yoga is a traditional yoga style that allows you to journey deep within, to enhance your self-awareness and explore the subtle flow of universal energies within and without. During the class, you will be guided through a physical asana practice incorporating energetic awareness, pranayama breathing techniques and meditation.

It is a medium paced class suitable for all levels.

Selina Female Flow

Female Flow

In this practice, we want to honor the cyclical nature of the feminine. Instead of practicing yoga at the same intensity every day, we learn how to adapt our yoga practice to honor the different phases of the menstrual cycle. In the class, we will breathe, flow, hold space, learn about the female nature and maybe even dance and sing.

A combination of Vinyasa to pump up the energy and then flow into Yin to level out the energy using restorative postures, return to the present as the sun sets over the ocean as we focus on our mind, body and soul.

Therapy Yoga

Kamal has more than a decade of yoga therapy experience and healed many 100s of students in India and Srilanka . He tailored the classes according to your personal needs , health issues and disease (restorative , therapeutic , energised ,  focus on any injuries) with a focus on 5 layers of body , Karmas , Past Traumas , Energetical Blockage , art of assistance and Divine Energy healing , Mantra Chanting , Meditation and Prayers.

Diet will be given according the issues compulsory if mandatory .


General Health Issues : 1200 USD For One Month.

Complicated Health Issues : 1200 USD For One Month.

Past Traumas and Health Issues: 1500 USD For One Month.

Highly recommended to take minimum 1 month to see the results and maximum 3 months  .

A yoga wheel is a circular shaped prop that helps open the front side body, assists in advanced yoga postures, and rolls out the spine. The wheel helps yoga practitioners move deeper into postures, specifically heart opening postures like backbends and forearm balances. Using the yoga wheel, we will flow with Vinyasa.
